The proud big brother, ready to show little sister the world.

Let's be honest, we all have those days where we'd

Let's be honest, we all have those days where we'd much rather hide under the blankets than face whatever it is we're meant to be doing. And this year we've certainly been dealing with very "moody" forecasts that don't necessarily encourage us to jump out of bed and tackle the never ending to-do-list. But, I've found that on those days where I still need to show up, I plan that the very first thing I work on be intertwined with something that brings me joy. This can be very small feet, like using a favourite pen, lighting a candle, editing a photo in a new way, or playing an album on Spotify that brings me some positive nostalgia. It honestly works and tricks my brain into thinking whatever I'm dreading to feel more like fun.
