A Shady Riverside Session With The Brennen Family
2023 has certainly brought the heat this year. So to combat some of this intensity, I met with the Brennen fam at a local trail network in Courtenay BC for their summer family session, knowing we’d have plenty of shade and with some luck we’d catch a wee breeze off the river to keep us cool. This was the first time the Brennens had explored this section of the woods, which was such a treat to show them somewhere new. Together with their tween kiddos eagerly leading the way we strolled through the lush trail network until we came to an opening along the side of the river.
